I have collected over 70 Schwinn Cruiser Frames during the last few years. I will be listing them with their serial numbers so what you see is what you get! Jepg's name gives brief description. Let's find these orphans a home!

Schwinn 24 inch frames can accept 26 inch wheels. If you take a visit to our gallery of finished bicycles you'll find many examples of people's different interpretations of what this bicycle can become. To be able to find a 24 inch frame that is in good shape is a rare find these days. Top tubes are 22 1/2 inches while the chain stays are 17 inches. The head tube and seat tube are one degree different from each other at 69 and 70 degrees respectfully. It is not too difficult to run a 26 inch rear wheel and the 24 inch front and exchange the front fork for a 26 inch to give you what is today's standards at 71 and 72 degrees. Feel free to inquire. |
